Quardiac - Quality of Life in Cardiac Surgery Patients

Cardiovascular diseases and treatment options can affect the quality of life tremendously. Our project aims at studying the quality of life of patients undergoing cardiac surgery and evaluate the effect of a customized, multifaceted, multidisciplinary health quality-improvement program (the intervention) on health-related quality-of life (QOL) metrics and compare the outcomes with the standard care in thoracic aortopathy patients.
